Director Ganapati denies all discrediting facts

Back in February, Ganapati CEO Juliet Adelstein proudly unveiled Usain Bolt, whom they had contracted to create the slot. Less than six months have passed, and she already has to defend a sinking company and refute her connection with the criminal world.

She denies all the bad things the company has been accused of in recent months. These are problems with the Japanese financial regulator, the inexplicable disappearance of their Maltese license, and the arrest of one of the founders of Ganapati during a police raid in Taiwan.

Regarding the fact that the owners of Ganapati simply decided to rebrand and transferred all products to Gamatron, the director said that there was no connection between the companies. However, she forgot to explain how then their games appeared in the Gamatron catalog.

The director also disowned one of the founders of Ganapati, Hayato Kinoshita, who was arrested during a raid on the Gamatron office in Taiwan. Adelstein simply said that he was not involved in the management of Ganapati and subsequently retired, and now has nothing to do with them.

Regarding Malta's license, it was noted that they voluntarily relinquished it. Although the publishing house Gambling Insider pointed to the fact that back in January 2020 the company announced plans to obtain new licenses and enter new markets. Therefore, the statement about the voluntary relinquishment of a license sounds implausible.

Regarding the investigation conducted by the Japanese financial regulator, the public was allegedly misinformed. Adelstein states that GPJ is not part of the Ganapati Group. This is a separate company that was just looking for capital for them. And according to her, there were no claims against them from the police, accusations of fraud and illegal affairs. GPJ was allegedly simply asked to obtain a license to continue operating.

According to Gambling Insider, this statement contradicts their own words. The publisher noted an official announcement dated April 1 this year, where Ganapati say that their subsidiary, GPJ Venture Capital LLC, was notified that a lawsuit was being filed against it in Tokyo. That is, at first it was their daughter, and after a few months they forgot about it.

So, such companies and such “honest” people are behind some game content developers.
